301-985-2332Garrett Anderson is a Retirement Plan Consultant at Anderson Financial, where he partners with plan sponsors to develop strategic retirement plan designs, support fiduciary best practices, and enhance participant outcomes through financial wellness initiatives. As the fifth generation of his family in the financial services industry, Garrett brings both legacy and innovation to his role.
Garrett began his career in financial services while attending Towson University, where he worked in the family’s employee benefits consulting practice. After graduating in 2011, he earned his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and became a Financial Advisor, working alongside his mother, Terry Anderson.
Prior to joining Anderson Financial, Garrett served as Assistant Vice President at LPL Financial, the largest independent advisor network in the U.S. As Regional Director for Retirement Partners, he led East Coast efforts to deliver Worksite Financial Solutions to retirement plan sponsors. He collaborated with top LPL advisors and worked with retirement plans of all sizes, gaining deep insight into plan design, fiduciary governance, and participant engagement strategies.
