Terry Anderson is the Practice Leader at Anderson Financial, where she continues to guide the firm’s mission of delivering innovative retirement plan solutions and fiduciary excellence. With a career spanning more than 25 years, Terry has built a reputation for helping organizations design, implement, and manage both qualified and non-qualified retirement plans with a focus on compliance, investment strategy, and long-term financial wellness.
Before founding Anderson Financial, Terry led a successful retirement plan consulting practice in the Mid-Atlantic region and served as a Regional Sales Director for several national financial services firms. In these roles, she supported advisors and brokers in developing tailored retirement strategies for employers and their employees.
Terry is a recognized leader in the retirement plan industry and holds several prestigious designations, including:
- Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA)
- Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst® (AIFA®)
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS®) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania

She is also one of the few professionals globally certified to conduct fiduciary assessments for investment stewards, managers, and advisors, and serves as an analyst for CEFEX, The Centre for Fiduciary Excellence.
